Processing

Apparel takes 7-15 business days to create (depending on the order size). In some cases, delays may occur (i.e. back order). Custom tumblers typically take 10-14 business days to complete. *This turnaround time also depends on and varies with the complexity of the design if the order is a custom design. *Completion time also depends on any revisions that are made. Revisions extend the processing time and can delay delivery.

A mock-up will be sent for approval before any custom physical products are made.

You will receive a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout once your order is shipped. 

Shipping

Shipping costs will be assessed at checkout. Standard shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. *Shipping is separate from the processing time.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. Please make sure that you use the sizing charts or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.

If an item is returned to our location as undeliverable (due to incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost in order to reship. Please make sure the correct mailing address is entered before processing an order. Items are sent to the address provided by the customer during order processing. 

Order Cancellation

Because orders are automatically processed after payment is sent, we will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment.

Digital Downloads

Digital Downloads will be available instantly after payment. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICALLY MAILED ITEM.

You will receive a ZIP file that contains your purchased download in various formats. 

You must be familiar with the appropriate software to use the files. 

Due to the nature of this item being a digital file, the sale of digital files are non-refundable. J9 Designz Suite will try their best to rectify any issues that may occur with use of the file. 

Additional

In some instances, there may be differences in monitor color and actual color of item. This is not considered a defect in quality or product.

If there ever happens to be a defect detected in our products, the customer has approximately 10 calendar days from the date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect. A photo of the damage item should be sent via email with your refund request.

We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer. If the tracking number shows that a package was "successfully delivered", it then becomes the responsibility of the post office. 

Custom Cartoon Designs

Please make sure the image you send is good quality. If the picture is blurry when zoomed in, it will be difficult to capture details. 

All cartoon designs will be illustrated “as is” from the picture furnished. There may be elements added (shoulder extended, hand added (not guaranteed).  But,  there will be no alterations done to facial features. So, please be sure of the picture you would like to use.
