Fit: Shirts are UNISEX unless specified and are 100% cotton. Unisex fit is equivalent to a women's fitted tee if sized appropriately. Please reference sizing chart to select the best fit for your gender and size.

Requests to Change Your Order:
No cancellation requests will be honored 24 hours after the order has been placed. Supplies are ordered daily and having a streamlined process is essential to running the store.
Returns and Exchanges:
Most items in store are made to order unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of my items, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for buyer mistakes made during the order process. For instance, if the buyer requests customization, but misspells the name. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your item, please contact by email (support@j9designzsuite.com) before you leave a review and I will work with you to rectify the situation. I ask that you please be patient if you have any issues with your item as it will take time to resolve any concerns.
Please note: Due to the nature of customization/personalization, there are no refunds for those types of items. All Sales are final.
Buyer Mistakes:
I am not responsible to exchange an item if you order the wrong size. Please check the "SIZING" chart prior to ordering. I appreciate you understanding.
Refunds and Damaged Goods:
In what I anticipate to be very rare circumstances, the only items that are eligible for refund are items that arrive in a damaged condition and are the maker's error. Photographic proof of damage-on-arrival (no exceptions), with the damaged packaging, a photo, and the damaged goods may be required (to be received via email to (support@j9designzsuite.com) within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item for refund to be considered. Refund requests will not be considered more than 24 hours after an item is marked "delivered".
If the goods need to be returned, buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Payment Policy:
I accept payment through direct checkout via Shopify.
No item is processed until FULL payment has been received. All items are made to order. There are NO refunds for made to order items after supplies have been ordered. Supplies are ordered 24 hours after the payment is cleared.
If your order takes a few days to process this will result in a delay in the processing of your order.
Shipping Policy:
At this time, I am only able to ship to customer with an address in the United States. My preferred shipping method is through USPS with a tracking number provided. Please contact me if you would like insurance, priority shipping, a signature required, expedited shipping or another shipping carrier to be used. I will do my best to work with you. If an item doesn't arrive due to a problem or mistake with the mail carrier, we will not be held financially responsible. Refunds are not given if an item is damaged or lost due to shipping so please opt for insurance if this is a concern. Any costs associated with reshipping an item returned to sender are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Processing:
Currently, the turnaround time ranges from 7-15 business days depending on the item. Processing time does not include shipping time. An email will be sent when your item is shipped (with tracking number).
